Since Shavâtó offers hand made and custom (in size) products we cannot accept returns.
We want every veil to be unworn and carefully made for each individual bride.
We offer fabric samples that you can match to your dress for a small fee of $8.
In the unlikely event of your veil arriving damaged we will accept an exchange within 7 business days of receiving purchase.
Custom made items:
Custom made items are also non refundable as they have been made to your specifications and we will be unable to re sell them. Should a custom made item prove to be defective, please notify us immediately and return as soon as possible. It will be replaced or repaired and returned free of charge.
In the unfortunate event of your purchase becoming lost or damaged in the post then - don't worry - items can always be replaced.
Tracking numbers can be forwarded, sometimes it is simply a case of contacting your local sorting office with this tracking number, they have usually popped it on a shelf somewhere and need to re-deliver it.
Please ensure the delivery address provided is a deliverable one - items that fail to be delivered due to an error in the address submitted on the order will be charged a re-shipping fee before dispatched again.
Shavâtó will not be held responsible for late deliveries. We advise that in the event of your wedding being less than 2 weeks you request the 'Rush Cut' service, This will include 'Priority Mail Express' and will give you peace of mind that your item will arrive in plenty of time.
